Jeff Hoeye is a co-founder, Managing Partner, and Supervising Broker of Artisan Graham Real Estate. Prior to co-founding Artisan Graham Real Estate, Jeff’s career in business focused on management, business development, client success, as well as new customer and technology implementations. Jeff’s 12 years of experience in both B2B and B2C account management and client relations brings a wealth of experience that will bring added transparency to exceed client expectations. 

‚ÄčOver the last 7 years, Jeff has been involved in numerous aspects of the real estate business, including the acquisition of short- and long-term investments, property rehabilitation, property management and residential and commercial real estate sales. Prior to founding Artisan Graham Real Estate, Jeff served as the Associate Broker for Century 21 Affiliated.   

Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of South Central Wisconsin, the Commercial Brokers Group of Madison, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown Madison, Inc.

Cory Lucke is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Artisan Graham Real Estate. Cory has been influencing and guiding entrepreneurs, investors and executives in real estate, public banking and the private sector for over 10 years. Prior to founding Artisan Graham Real Estate, Cory was a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in the sourcing and acquisition of investment opportunities.

Cory is also highly involved with the Madison commercial real estate market and has great exposure to commercial real estate brokerage and leasing. Prior to founding Artisan Graham Real Estate, Cory served as a Commercial Realtor with 360 Commercial Real Estate Services. He is also an active member in the Commercial Brokers Group of Madison, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, and Downtown Madison, Inc.

Cory holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Brent Grauerholz is a Residential Real Estate Agent of Artisan Graham Real Estate. Prior to joining Artisan Graham Real Estate, Brent served in the Armed Forces for 10 year. His experience includes serving in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman Paratrooper, and as a Recruiting & Retention Officer with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. While recruiting, Brent was responsible for such towns and school districts as Madison East, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, Stoughton, Cambridge, Jefferson, Oregon, and Fort Atkinson. Exposure to these markets makes Brent a great fit for any clients looking to relocate.

As a military veteran, Brent enjoys working with active and retired military servicemen and women. He has extensive knowledge of VA lending options and requirements as well as a great network of lenders standing by to help you with your loan.

Brent’s professional experience as a Key Account Manager for a nationwide transportation & technology firm has given him invaluable experience gathering customer requirements, identifying customer needs, all while providing exceptional client service along the way. Brent puts these skills to great use when he helps his real estate clients gather their requirements and needs for their new home.

Brent attended the University of Montana-Missoula before enlisting in the military. It is here that his passion for real estate evolved. Working with friends and family as investors, Brent began to purchase, rent, and property manage single-family homes to students of the University. In Wisconsin, Brent enjoys using this experience to invest in distressed properties and would love to help you do the same!
